Kids striking classes run Thursday at 5:15 PM at North Georgia Hayastan MMA Academy in Dalton, GA. Kids learn basic striking skills — punches, kicks, movement, and coordination — taught at a level suited to their age and ability, in a positive, fun, and friendly class.
Striking training builds balance, reflexes, flexibility, and confidence, and gives kids an active outlet that keeps them moving.
