Wrestling fundamentals are part of our kids program at North Georgia Hayastan MMA Academy in Dalton, GA, taught within our Monday and Wednesday 5:15 PM jiu-jitsu/grappling classes. Kids learn takedowns, control, and how to defend themselves and control an opponent using technique and leverage rather than size and strength.
