I have had the rewarding experience of having Coach Lechuga and his staff from North Georgia Hayastan MMA work with our wrestling team and provide us with outstanding technique that we have incorporated into our wrestling practices. I have witnessed our wrestlers winning key matches using MMA techniques and moves. His staff has been professional and our wrestlers buy into their philosophy. I have coached wrestling for over 22 years and I believe by introducing MMA moves our team has been elevated to a higher level.
